I’m Chelsea Jackson, a UK-based online therapist specialising in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am BABCP accredited and a Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC), with senior psychological therapist experience across NHS services and private practice.
